Lake County ADAMHS Board Welcomes Three New Board Members
Mentor, OH – The Lake County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board is excited to welcome three new board members: Kristin Hess, Philip Orley, and Dr. Frances Webb. They were officially sworn in by Lake County Commissioner Richard J. Regovich during the Board’s regular February meeting.
The ADAMHS Board plays a crucial role in the community, planning, evaluating, monitoring, and funding services for Lake County residents facing mental health and substance use challenges. These services are provided through a network of partner organizations. Board members, all residents of Lake County, volunteer their time and talents to support these important efforts.
Kristin Hess brings a wealth of healthcare experience to the Board. She began her career as a Paramedic and Firefighter with Mentor Fire and Lake Health before transitioning to nursing, where she’s spent over 22 years with the MetroHealth System. Kristin is passionate about making sure residents have access to prevention, education, resources, and support — helping individuals and families on their journey to recovery.
Philip Orley, a Sales Consultant at Roughin’ It RV and Motorsports, offers more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience. Having owned and operated several successful businesses, he brings expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and daily operations. Philip is driven by a desire to give back to the community and is excited to help support those in recovery and individuals using mental health services.
Dr. Frances Webb enjoyed a 35-year career as an Obstetrician Gynecologist before returning home to Painesville for retirement. Inspired by both her professional and personal experiences, she is honored to serve on the ADAMHS Board. Dr. Webb is committed to supporting the organizations and resources that empower individuals and strengthen the community.
The Lake County ADAMHS Board is grateful to Kristin, Philip, and Frances for their dedication and looks forward to the positive impact they will have on the community.
